Cancellations

You can cancel anytime from your account

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Access remains active until your current period ends.

When refunds are and aren’t available

• We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

• If you experience a payment-related issue (double charge, fraud, etc.), contact support and we’ll review promptly.

• All payments are securely processed by our payment processors; we don’t store your card details.

Based on our Terms and Privacy pages

• Prices may change; existing subscriptions renew at the then-current rate unless cancelled.

• You can delete your account at any time; we store only minimal account data and do not retain assessment content.
